Support groups

Come listen, share and learn from others who understand what you are going through. Groups meet at a various times and locations. They are free and confidential

Check to see if there is a group close to you that fits your needs.


Education programs

Attend an education program and learn more about the basics of Alzheimer's, caregiving, working with your doctor, brain health and more. We offer several programs for families, individuals facing Alzheimer’s and the public. Most of these programs are free of charge.

Local resources and referrals

Need a referral to a local adult day care center, nursing home or eldercare lawyer? Our staff can help assess whether a specific care or service provider meets the needs of an individual with Alzheimer's.
